Meetings with Potential Investors 

July 2024 

Invest Peru organized a high-profile event in Santiago from July 30th to August 1st, with the goal of attracting investment in the sectors of renewable energy, hydrogen, agro-industries, and food production. Softpower Connections played a key role in supporting this milestone, arranging a comprehensive agenda of bilateral meetings between Peruvian authorities and over 20 companies and investment funds drawn by Peru’s promising opportunities.

The event was inaugurated with a seminar at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, attended by more than 100 potential Chilean investors. During the seminar, the Director of Business Investment Promotion at PROMPERÚ, Daniel Córdova, highlighted Peru’s potential in these sectors and outlined the incentive policies designed by the authorities to facilitate direct investment. The event featured participation from the Peruvian Ambassador to Chile, Silvia Alfaro, along with a distinguished group of private sector experts, including Daniel Camac, President of H2 Peru; Oscar Zapata, President of Peru Cámaras; agroindustry expert Beatriz Tubino; and UAI academic Roberto Bonifaz.

Peru offers valuable natural resources, strong macroeconomic policies, and a range of fiscal incentives, making it an ideal market for the development of new business ventures.
