Jennyfer Salvo inaugurates for the second year the Summer School “From University to Industry” of the UC and the University of Cambridge

For the second consecutive year, our CEO Jennyfer Salvo was invited to open the prestigious Summer School “From University to Industry” organized by the UC Innovation Center in collaboration with the University of Cambridge. This program brings together the main experts in technology transfer in Latin America, with the purpose of strengthening the links between academia and industry, promoting innovation and facilitating the development of disruptive solutions in the region.

Collaboration, trust and networks: Keys to technology transfer

In her inaugural presentation, entitled “The importance of collaboration, networking and building trust”, Jennyfer Salvo highlighted the fundamental role of intercultural intelligence, active listening and the generation of trust relationships as drivers of effective technology transfer. Her presentation highlighted the need to build strategic bridges between research and companies, ensuring that scientific knowledge is translated into tangible impact for society.

As part of its commitment to the dissemination of knowledge and the strengthening of innovation ecosystems, Jennyfer shared its work promoting the work of influential figures in global high-tech, such as Mois Navon, a pioneer in autonomous vehicles and artificial intelligence, and Noam Shomron, an expert in genomics and digital health. Through Softpower Connections, it has managed to bring these brilliant minds closer to Latin America, fostering dialogue and collaboration on key issues for the future of technology and science.

A benchmark meeting in innovation and technology transfer

The Summer School “From University to Industry” has established itself as a high-impact platform, with the participation of specialists from more than 6 countries and 35 universities.
