As highlighted by El Mercurio’s Economía y Negocios in an article by journalist Marco Antonio Gutiérrez Varas, Peru is facing an infrastructure deficit of US $160 billion and already has more than US $70 billion in public-private projects in the pipeline. Of these, US $17 billion correspond to 80 key initiatives scheduled between 2025 and 2028.
